What a wedding photographer costs for a wedding in Carinthia.
The collections are the same as everywhere we work — what changes here is the drive over the Tauern and the fact that most venues sit on a lake.

A wedding photographer for Carinthia costs 1,490 euro for a half day, 2,490 for a full day, 3,990 for twelve hours — the same collections we quote everywhere in Austria, plus VAT and the travel figure for Carinthia. Photography and film are two separate people and two separate prices, so booking both for a full day comes to 4,980 euro together.
Carinthia is reached from Salzburg via the A10 Tauern Autobahn, which means the Tauern and Katschberg tunnels rather than an open road the whole way — in winter this can add real time if there is snow, which matters if you are planning a shoot outside the short lake-wedding season. The region's identity for weddings is its lakes: Wörthersee, Millstätter See and Ossiacher See between them account for most of the Carinthian weddings we shoot, and quite a few of them involve a boat, a jetty or a lakeside terrace rather than a conventional hall.

Our prices
Photography and film are two different people and two separate prices. Book one and you pay for one. Book both and the two add together — there is no bundle discount, because it is genuinely two people working a full day.

Weddings in Carinthia
Most of the Carinthian weddings we shoot happen on or near Wörthersee, Millstätter See or Ossiacher See, often with a boat crossing worked into the timeline or portraits done from a jetty at the edge of the water. The lake season here runs shorter than you might plan for — comfortable outdoor light and warm evenings really only run from June to early September, so couples aiming for the classic lake backdrop tend to cluster into that window rather than spreading across the whole summer.
Cost questions, answered
The same collections we quote everywhere: 1,490 euro for a half day, 2,490 for a full day, 3,990 for twelve hours, plus VAT and 230 euro travel from Salzburg. Photography and film are priced separately because they are two different people.
Yes — 230 euro, calculated on the actual round trip from our base in Salzburg, about 230 kilometre each way via the A10 Tauern Autobahn.
Yes, that is a genuinely common request around Wörthersee, Millstätter See and Ossiacher See — a boat crossing or portraits from a jetty are easy to build into the timeline, we just need to know about it in advance so we can plan light and logistics around the water.
Realistically June to early September for warm evening light and comfortable outdoor conditions. Dates either side of that are still workable, just with a shorter usable evening window and less certainty about the weather.
